TRAILBLAZERS Tandem Cycling Club

TRAILBLAZERS Tandem Cycling Club has been a community-based recreational cycling club with a twist. We offer the opportunity for blind and vision-impaired persons to cycle with sighted volunteers on bicycles that are provided by the organization.

Funds raised through the EyeRide will help rejuvenate its fleet of older tandem bicycles so they can continue to support the mental and physical health of our community.

TRAILBLAZERS has been an integral part of this amazing annual fundraising ride and is asking for your assistance in keeping that tradition going strong.

BALANCE for Blind Adults

BALANCE for Blind Adults is honoured to be a recipient of funds raised through EyeRide for a second year. BALANCE is committed to programs and services to support the whole person. From wherever you are in your sight loss journey, to wherever you may be going, BALANCE provides the services and programs you will need to get there. Funds donated to BALANCE from EyeRide 2025 will directly support mental health and well-being programs for some of our most vulnerable clients and led by counsellors with lived experience of blindness.

BALANCE offers Orientation & Mobility (O&M), Community Engagement, adaptive daily living skills, group programming, technology training – including their Assistive Technology (AT) Apprenticeship Program and mental health supports.
